State Police in Jamestown say a Pennsylvania man had a blood alcohol level of twice the legal limit after they stopped him for speeding on I-86 in Randolph on Sunday. Troopers say they pulled over 31-year-old Nathan Viglione of New Castle and found him to be intoxicated after failing several standard field sobriety tests. He later provided a breath sample of .16 percent blood alcohol content. Viglione was arraigned in Randolph Town Court and remanded to the Cattaraugus County Jail.
