A 54-year-old man is facing a felony drunk driving charge following a traffic stop in the Town of Hanover. Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies pulled over a vehicle on Route 39 for moving from lane unsafely just before 12:30 AM Saturday. A short investigation revealed that Alan Bennett was allegedly intoxicated. Deputies add that Bennett had a prior DWI conviction with the last ten years. He was issued tickets for felony DWI and moving from lane unsafely.
