One person was treated for non-life threatening injuries after a one vehicle crash on Route 394 in the town of Chautauqua around 10:30 pm Saturday night. Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies say that a vehicle driven by 21-year-old Derek Pratt of Mayville went off the highway and crashed. After an investigation, deputies say that the actions of another vehicle apparently forced Pratt to go off the roadway. A passenger, a 16-year-old youth, was transported to Westfield Memorial for treatment. Pratt was ticketed for aggravated unlicensed operation in the 3rd degree and driving across hazard markings. He'll appear in Chautauqua Town Court at a later date.
