The National Weather Service has issued a severe thunderstorm warning for Eastern Chautauqua, Northwestern Cattaraugus and Southwestern Erie counties until 1 pm. A severe thunderstorm was located near Long Point State park and was moving east at 40 mph. 60 mph wind gusts are possible. Expect wind damage to trees and power lines.
