Deputies Find Stockton Man to Be Impaired by Drugs and Alcohol in Motorcycle Crash

A Stockton man is facing multiple charges after a motorcycle accident in the Town of Sherman. Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies responded to the scene on Route 430 at about 10:00 PM Saturday. Upon investigation, deputies determined that the operator, 53-year-old Donald Ladolce, Jr., was impaired by the use of drugs and alcohol. Ladolce was transported by Sherman Fire to a local hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries. He was charged with DWI-combination of drugs and alcohol, moving from lane unsafely, and unlawful possession of marijuana.
