Two people are facing charges after a domestic incident in Randolph in Cattaraugus County earlier this week. Cattaraugus County Sheriff's deputies responded to the call early Monday morning, charging 35-year-old Joshua Meacham of Randolph with menacing in the 2nd degree. He allegedly raised a large bottle over his head and threatened an unidentified victim. Deputies also charged 41-year-old Kelly Wolfe with obstruction of governmental administration 2nd for allegedly hindering and delaying the deputies' investigation. Both Meacham and Wolfe will appear in Conewango Town Court next month.
