A Bemus Point woman is facing drug and alcohol related charges after she allegedly committed a traffic violation on Ellery-Centralia Road in the town of Stockton Sunday evening. Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies say they stopped 34-year-old Lindsay Plymel and found that she was operating her vehicle in an intoxicated state. Charges include DWI and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 7th degree. Plymel will appear in Stockton Town Court at a later date.
