A Silver Creek woman who had to be revived with Narcan last week is now facing charges in connection with that incident. Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies say 38-year-old Jennifer Laspesa was impaired under the influence of narcotics while in the presence of two small children during the incident on July 14th. Laspesa faces two counts of endangering the welfare of a child and is scheduled to appear in Silver Creek Village Court at a later date.
