A Cattaraugus County man is in jail after allegedly breaking into a home in the Town of Leon and stealing items from it. An investigation by Cattaraugus County Sheriff's deputies revealed that 24-year-old Kyle Samuelson of Leon broke into the residence at about 7:30 PM Thursday. Samuelson was charged with 2nd-degree burglary, petit larceny, and criminal possession of stolen property, then remanded to the Cattaraugus County Jail in lieu of $1,000 cash bail.
