A Town of Harmony man is facing several charges after he entered a home on West Main Street in Frewsburg without the permission of the residents early Wednesday morning. Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies say that 33-year-old Aaron Darr allegedly entered the home around 4 am and while inside, he is accused of becoming involved in a physical altercation with a man and woman. The incident occurred in the presence of a 11-year-old child. Deputies took Darr into custody, charging him with burglary 2nd, two counts of harassment 2nd, and endangering the welfare of a child. Darr was arraigned and remanded to the Chautauqua County Jail without bail.
