A Cattaraugus County man has taken into custody after he allegedly sold a quantity of ecstasy to another person. An investigation by the Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force resulted in the arrest of 21-year-old Dominick Bleier of Limestone late Friday afternoon. Bleier was arraigned on charges of 3rd-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell and 3rd-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance. He was arraigned in Carrollton Town Court and committed to the Cattaraugus County Jail in lieu of $1,000 cash bail.
