Due to emergency pavement repairs, the right lane of I-90 West between the Lackawanna Toll Barrier and Exit 56 Blasdell-Route 179, will remain closed through today's afternoon commute, and could remain closed until as late as 6 am Thursday. Severe delays will occur today between noon and 6 pm, with peak delays occurring between 2 to 6 pm.
