Reed has reaction to President Trump's first budget

The White House released President Trump's first budget on Tuesday. It contains nearly $2 trillion in spending cuts in programs for low income Americans. The proposed cuts include nearly $200 billion from food stamps over the next decade. Area Congressman Tom Reed says he will review the proposed spending plan, but indicated during a conference call with area media on Tuesday that he believes it's a step in the right direction...
