Public hearing to be held on expansion plan for Castelli America

A South County cheese-maker based in Italy is looking to expand its operations near Ashville and the Chautauqua County Legislature will be holding a public hearing this evening on an expansion proposal.  While there aren't a lot of details, Legislator George Borrello says Castelli America plans to expand its operations.  Castelli held a ribbon cutting at the plant last September after taking over the facility from Empire State Cheese...
