Pickup Truck Driver Crashes into Guardrail in Fredonia

A Forestville man escaped injury after the pickup truck he was driving crashed into a guardrail Wednesday afternoon in Fredonia. The accident occurred in the area of 448 West Main Street shortly before 1:00 PM. Fredonia Police tell WDOE News that 19-year-old Travis Gloss lost control of the pickup, tried to overcorrect, and struck the guardrail with his front left bumper. Police add the vehicle had to be towed from the scene. No charges were filed.
