Jamestown's Mayor Says Last Week's Arsons Amount to Terrorism

The City of Jamestown's top elected official says the nine arson fires set over four days last week are nothing short of "terrorism." Teresi says last Friday night cost the city a lot in terms of manpower to put out five fires and investigate them. He says there will also be a large cost to the city to tear down structures that are too far gone to save. However, he says that's minor compared to the potential human cost.
