Early morning outage left 350 National Grid customers without power

It was not a huge power outage when compared to the major windstorm that hit Western New York earlier this month, but it caused enough disruption in the city of Dunkirk this morning, including a number of traffic lights. The power outage was first reported around 6 am according to National Grid spokesman Steve Brady. He says it left about 350 customers without power and involved a spur that ran off a main line near Eagle Street...
