Law enforcement from across the country paid final respects today to veteran State Trooper Brian Falb of Morrisonville. The 47-year-old father of four died from medical complications stemming from his service at the World Trade Center site after 9/11. He was laid to rest this morning in Plattsburgh. Governor Andrew Cuomo ordered flags statewide to be flown at half-mast in Troop Falb's honor. Lt. Governor Kathy Hochul attended the funeral that was held at St. Peter's Church in Plattsburgh.
