A Dunkirk man who was stopped for a traffic violation in the Village of Brocton on Saturday also faces a charge of unlawful possession of marijuana. According to Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies, 55-year-old Paul Cannon was pulled over on East Main Street just after 6:45 PM and was allegedly found to have a small quantity of pot. Along with the marijuana charge, Cannon was also cited for obstructed view. He was issued tickets for Brocton Village Court at a later date.
