City and State crews dealing with plenty of potholes

There are a plethora of potholes on area roads. Dunkirk City DPW Director Bob Bankoski says crews have been busy this week making temporary repairs and hope to reach every city street by the end of next week, providing the weather cooperates. Bankoski says they have been taking advantage of the milder than normal weather to deal with the pothole pocked streets. He reminds drivers that permanent repairs will have to wait until the local asphalt plant opens and they are making preparations...

City workers aren't only ones busy with potholes. The New York State DOT says they have crews out patching potholes on state highways around Western New York.
