Community leaders have been invited to a regional budget briefing that will be held in Fredonia today. A member of the Cuomo Administration will be at the Beaver Club to deliver the briefing. Brian Stratton, Director of the State Canal Corporation, will be the guest speaker. He will also be griving a presentation later this afternoon for Dream it Do it in Jamestown. WDOE News will have updates throughout the afternoon.
