A report of two unresponsive males in a vehicle located in a parking lot in the village of Mayville Wednesday morning led to drug bust. Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies and the Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force responded to the call at 14 North Erie Street around 8 am. Deputies found 27-year-old Zachary Griffin of Erie, Pa. in the driver's seat with the engine running and 28-year-old Athony Dzuricky, also of Erie, in the front passenger seat. After waking up the men, officers noticed narcotics related paraphernalia in the vehicle. Officers were able to obtain a search warrant and located a quantity of narcotics, including Molly, narcotics paraphernalia and a quantity of cash. Both men have been charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 7th degree. Griffin was also charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs. Both men were arraigned in Chautauqua Town Court and remanded to the County Jail.
