A Villenova man has been picked up on an arrest warrant for third degree burglary. Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies say they served the warrant out of Chautauqua County Court on 22-year-old Tyler Shear last night at a location on Route 60 in Fredonia. Shear was taken into custody and committed to the Chautauqua County Jail. He'll appear in County Court at a later date.
