New Buffalo Bills head coach Sean McDermott is wasting no time putting together his coaching staff. On Friday, the Bills announced an agreement in principle with Leslie Frazier to be the team's defensive coordinator. Frazier comes over from the Baltimore Ravens, where he was the team's secondary coach this season. He had also previously been a head coach with the Minnesota Vikings and also worked alongside McDermott as a secondary coach for the Philadelphia Eagles. The Bills also agreed in principle with Bob Babich as linebackers coach and Juan Castillo as offensive line coach and run game coordinator.
