New York State's lieutenant governor will be making an appearance in Dunkirk this week. Kathy Hochul will be the keynote speaker for the annual meeting of the Chautauqua County Chamber of Commerce on Friday, December 9th at 12:00 PM at Shorewood Country Club. During the meeting, Hochul plans on addressing economic development issues in Western New York.
