A traffic stop early Sunday morning in Fredonia led to drug-related charges against two people. State Police pulled over a vehicle on Route 60 driven by 20-year-old Jesse Koch (pictured), and while speaking with Koch, smelled marijuana emanating from inside the vehicle. Troopers say Koch was found to be in possession of a bag of cocaine and a bag containing 1.5 grams of marijuana. A passenger, 24-year-old Jessica Reynolds of Fredonia, was also searched, and she was allegedly found to have a pipe containing marijuana residue. Both Koch and Reynolds were charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, and Koch was additionally charged with 7th-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. The two are scheduled to appear in Pomfret Town Court at a later date.
