A Sinclairville man was arrested Friday afternoon on drunk driving-related charges in the Town of Gerry. Chautauqua County Sheriff's officers pulled over 59-year-old James Emmott for multiple traffic violations on Route 60 at about 5:30 PM. Deputies say Emmott was found to be intoxicated, and that he had a previous DWI conviction within the last ten years. He was charged with felony DWI, failure to keep right, and crossing the hazard line, and is scheduled to appear in Gerry Town Court.
