Two men are facing drug-related charges after Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies conducted a safety check on a vehicle in the Town of Ellery. Officers saw the vehicle parked along Sinclair Drive Extension just after 10:00 PM Wednesday and saw multiple glassine envelopes and various pills inside. Following an investigation, deputies charged 28-year-old Daniel Carson of Sinclairville with 7th-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, criminally possessing hypodermic instruments, and criminally using drug paraphernalia. They also charged 28-year-old Joshua Burke of Stockton with 7th-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
