Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies have released more information on Friday's tractor-trailer accident that resulted in a load of green beans getting spilled on the road. Officers say 43-year-old Richard Manning of Le Roy was pulling the tractor-trailer out of a field onto Moon Road in the Town of Stockton just after 3:00 PM, when the rear wheels of the vehicle struck a ditch, causing it to tip onto its side. There were no injuries reported, and no charges were filed.
