A Jamestown couple will appear in court after they were allegedly found to be in possession of hypodermic needles in the Town of Charlotte. Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies pulled over a speeding vehicle on Route 60 just after midnight Friday and found that 29-year-old Randy Rasmussen and his female passenger, 26-year-old Andi Rasmussen, were in possession of the needles without any lawful purpose. Both were issued appearance tickets for criminally possessing a hypodermic instrument and will appear in Charlotte Town Court.
