A Jamestown man accused of selling cocaine got an early morning wake up call today when several police agencies entered his residence armed with search and arrest warrants. The Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force, Jamestown Metro Drug Task Force, State Police CNET and the Jamestown SWAT team entered 614 Prendergast around 7:15 am and located 36-year-old Efrain Mariera-Lebron. He's been charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 3rd degree and criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree. He allegedly sold quantities of cocaine to agents of the task force. During the search, officers say they located a large quantity of cash and scales used for the sales of narcotics.
