An Ashville man suffered minor injuries after a motorized bike he was riding crashed in the south county on Friday. Chatuauqua County Sheriff's deputies responded to Hoag Road in the Town of Harmony shortly after 5:00 PM. An investigation revealed that 34-year-old Randall Crocker had left the roadway and was unable to keep his bike upright. Officers also found that Crocker was allegedly intoxicated. He will appear in Harmony Town Court on charges of DWI, felony DWI common law, and 3rd-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. Panama volunteer firefighters assisted at the scene.
