A man from East Randolph was arrested for allegedly driving with a blood alcohol content twice the legal limit in Cattaraugus County. On Thursday, State Police pulled over 51-year-old James Eberle, Jr. on East Otto Road following a hit-and-run accident shortly after 9:15 PM. Troopers say Eberle failed field sobriety tests and later registered a BAC of .16%. He will appear in court on one count of aggravated DWI.
