A property damage crash on Temple Road in the town of Dunkirk Sunday led to charges against a 17-year-old resident. State Police say when they reached the scene, they observed the driver showing signs of impairment. Troopers arrested the youth, who was not identified, charging the suspect with DWI and unlawful possession of marijuana. The suspect was found to be in possession of two glass pipes containing burnt marijuana. The suspect was also wanted on a warrant issued by the town of Westfield Court. The 17-year-old was arraigned in Pomfret Town Court and remanded to the Chautauqua County Jail.
