A Panama woman was charged with marijuana possession after a traffic stop early Saturday morning in the Town of Harmony. Chautauqua County Sheriff's officers pulled over 22-year-old Callie Fuller on Route 474 at about 3:00 AM. According to deputies, Fuller was pulled over for a traffic violation. Upon approaching the car, deputies encountered a strong smell of marijuana. Fuller was allegedly found to be in possession of a marijuana cigarette and a small quantity of marijuana. Fuller is charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, inadequate headlights, and no seatbelt. She will appear in Harmony Town Court at a later date.
