A Randolph woman was uninjured, but has been charged after her vehicle overturned in Cattaraugus County on Saturday. Cattaraugus County Sheriff's deputies say 23-year-old Elizabeth Brown was traveling south on Route 242 in the Town of Napoli at about 10:15 AM, when she was following two vehicles and tried to pass them in a no-passing zone. Officers say the vehicle in front of Brown pulled out into the opposite lane, attempting to pass the slower moving vehicle. Brown overcorrected, trying to get back into the driving lane when she lost control of her vehicle. Her vehicle wound up leaving the roadway and overturning into a ditch. Brown refused treatment at the scene. She was issued a ticket for unsafe passing.
