Chautauqua Opportunities Inc. has been approved to provide assistance to income-qualified households located in the North County area that were impacted by the recent flash floods. COI says income-qualified households may be eligible for assistances through the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority and EmPower New York to receive assistance with replacement of gas, propane or oil appliances, including furnaces and hot water tanks. Households eligible for HEAP will qualify for assistance.
