Now that a 14-year-old girl has been charged with first degree manslaughter in the death of an Ashville area toddler, it's still not known whether the case will be heard in criminal court or whether it would be transferred to family court. The girl, who has not been identified, was arraigned on the charge Tuesday night. An autopsy determined that 21 month-old Joshua Jock Jr. died from strangulation. WDOE News asked Chautauqua County District Attorney David Foley during a news conference held on Wednesday about how the case will be handled.
