A Pennsylvania woman is facing charges after she was allegedly found in possession of an illegal billy club in the south county. Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies found an unoccupied vehicle in a ditch on Foote Avenue Extension just south of the Jamestown city line shortly before 11:15 PM Friday. The driver, 28-year-old Shana Soloski of Kittanning, Pennsylvania, returned to the scene during the investigation. Deputies determined that Soloski was driving her vehicle while intoxicated, and they also found her in possession of the billy club. Soloski will appear in Kiantone Town Court on charges of DWI, 4th-degree criminal possession of a weapon, possession or consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle, and moving from lane unsafely.
