A Fredonia man is facing DWI and other charges after he was involved in a one vehicle roll-over crash two weeks ago on Straight Road in the town of Pomfret. Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies say that 27-year-old Ryan Strickland was the driver of the vehicle involved in the crash on May 15th. He was treated at Brooks Memorial Hospital. Deputies have charged Strickland with DWI, failure to keep right and failure to use designated lane. He'll appear in Pomfret Town Court at a later date.
