Hundreds of people attended the annual Memorial Day Parade in Dunkirk on Monday. Despite a passing rainshower, parade goers were rewarded by a number of marching units and several bands that participated in the parade, including the Hamburg Kingsmen Alumni Corps, the Northcoast Brass Company of Erie, Pa, the Western New York Alumni Drum and Bugle Corps and Chadwick Bay Buccaneers. The Dunkirk Joint Veterans Council organized the parade and Memorial Day Services that was held prior to the parade in Memorial Park.
