A Cassadaga man is facing three counts of petit larceny for allegedly stealing car parts from an auto shop in the Town of Pomfret. An investigation by State Police revealed that 53-year-old Angelo Spicola, Jr. had stolen a total of eight batteries and two rear end axles from Clemens Auto Sales on Route 60 on three separate occasions over a period of two weeks. Spicola was issued an appearance ticket for Pomfret Town Court.
