The longtime leader of The Resource Center in Chautauqua County says after more than 40 years in working with and advocating for the developmentally disabled, it was time to retire. This week, former Center Director Paul Cesana reflected back on that time, including the 27 years he was the director of TRC and its affiliates. TRC Board Chairman Dr. Todd Jacobson says that under Cesana's direction, "the Resource Center has maintained and expanded it's position as a recognized leader among organizations" that support people with disabilities.
