The Cattaraugus County Sheriff's Office is investigating a hit and run accidenty that occurred Wednesday night on Route 417 in the town of Great Valley. The accident occurred in the area of Sullivan Hollow Road around 7:30 PM, when a silver or grey minivan struck a pedestrian that was lying in the roadway. The vehicle left the scene of the accident. Anyone with information about the vehicle or the driver, is being asked to contact the Cattaraugus County Sheriff's Office at 938-9191.
