Governor Andrew Cuomo traveled to the Buffalo area on Tuesday to discuss his proposal to raise the minimum wage. The governor has proposed raising the minimum wage to $10.50 per hour by the end of 2016 and $11.50 per hour in New York City. Lieutenant Governor Kathy Hochul joined him for the appearance at the Boys and Girls Club in Buffalo.
