Dunkirk Mayor AJ Dolce delivered his fourth State of the City address at the Dunkirk School Administration Building Monday afternoon and outlined a number accomplishments from 2014 and objectives for 2015. Dolce says among the objectives is completing work on the Sea Wall project and revamping Wright Park. Another concern focuses on the city's aging fire halls.

Dolce also spoke about working with Jamestown Mayor Sam Teresi and County Executive Vince Horrigan about improving Route 60. Other concerns include the sea wall behind the Water Plant, the condition of railroad overpasses in the city, participating in the County Landbank Program.
