Police located 32-year-old Crystal Kinsey, who wanted on one count of 3rd-degree forgery from Ripley Town Court. They also found 31-year-old Jason Tolbert, who was wanted on a Chautauqua County Family Court warrant. He was hiding in another room. Ortolano says search and disposal teams arrived today to collect evidence and remove all of the toxic materials...
Dave Ortolano: assisted by DEA and State Police
Both Kinsey and Tolbert were taken into custody without incident and sent to the Chautauqua County Jail in lieu of bail. They are being charged with unlawful manufacture of methamphetamine.
