The mayor of Dunkirk says he is on board with efforts to upgrade Chautauqua County's major north-south route. Jamestown Mayor Sam Teresi announced in his State of the City Address Monday night that he is pushing efforts to upgrade Route 60 between Jamestown and Dunkirk, and that he had a meeting with Dunkirk Mayor AJ Dolce and County Executive Vince Horrigan.
