Two Dunkirk residents are facing drug related charges after Fredonia Police investigated a report of a suspicious situation at the Walmart on Route 60 last night. Police found a damaged vehicle that had apparently been left sitting in the parking lot for several hours. They also discovered two occupants passed out in the vehicle and were able to identify drug paraphernalia in plain view throughout the vehicle. As a result, Police charged 24-year-old Travis Worden and 25-year-old Allyssa Coniglio with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 7th degree and criminal possession of a hypodermic needle.
