Congressman Tom Reed has introduced legislation that would allow property owners affected by the Cuomo Administration's decision to ban fracking to file a claim. Reed has announced that he has filed a bill called the Defending Private Property Rights Act.

Reed, who announced the legislation on Monday, says he feels that property owners who are severely impacted by the ban should be able to receive compensation.
